Hello, can the bread mix also be baked in a bread maker?
Yes, that's possible. By eliminating the yeast, the bread can also be made in a bread maker. Please remember to set the appropriate temperature (approximately 160°C for an oven or gas stove, or about 70 to 75 minutes) in your bread maker.
Which baking program do you have to set on a bread maker?
We definitely recommend selecting the normal program and multigrain on your bread maker, as this is the best way to make the bread.
Can the bread be baked using the fan-assisted oven instead of top and bottom heat?
Absolutely yes. You simply convert the temperature to conventional and bottom heat as follows: simply subtract 20 degrees and add a little more water (approx. 5%). This means that 170 degrees conventional and bottom heat corresponds to 150 degrees fan-assisted.
Is the baking mix free of hazelnuts or almonds or any traces thereof?
There are no allergenic traces of nuts or almonds in the product; we only use gluten-free ingredients such as seeds.
How many grams of bread do I get with a 200g baking mix?
With a baking mix, 150 ml of water, 50 ml of vegetable oil (optional), and 200-250 g of quark, you'll get a dough mass of 650 g. After baking, this yields a finished 550 g protein bread, taking into account drying losses.
Can you freeze the rolls or bread after baking?
The bread freezes very well. We recommend wrapping it in a kitchen towel and then thawing it. This prevents it from getting moldy.
Is it possible to bake lactose-free and vegan instead of low-fat curd cheese?
Of course this is possible, just use a vegan alternative such as almond curd or soy yogurt.
How many carbohydrates and carbohydrates does a baked loaf of bread have
100g of our laboratory-tested baking mix contains 297 kcal (calories) and 4g (carbs). Adding vegetable oil or quark increases the carbohydrate content by 2g. However, you can subtract these carbohydrates by baking (quark contains approximately 90% water).
