IT'S AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

Combine 150 ml of water with 250 g of quark in a bowl and mix well.

Add the baking mix and mix everything together well again

Knead the dough well and then form a ball

Mix or top the dough with whole grains or seeds as desired

Now bake the bread at about 160 C using top and bottom heat for 75 minutes
