Shipping

Shipping conditions:

• Food Mail (Deutsche Post): Currently we deliver uninsured within Germany with goods mail from 2,80 €

Shipping costs: German Domestic DPD

• Up to 3 kg weight of goods the insured dispatch within Germany costs 3.90 €.
• From 3 - 10 kg 4,50 € per order,
• From 10 kg we charge you 5,30 € per shipment.
• > goods value of 60 Euro: no shipping costs within Germany.

 

Shipping costs DHL International:

• EU - 1: For orders to Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Austria we charge from 8,99 €.
• EU - 2: For orders to Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain (48 of 52 provinces), Sweden we charge from 12,99 €
• EU - 3: to Finland, Latvia. Lithuania & Estonia, UK* and France & Monaco we charge from 12,99 €.
  *UK - until further notice, we can unfortunately still not deliver anymore to the UK, we are working hard on a fix until 31.01.2021.
• EU - 4: For orders outside the EU or overseas please use the contact form, you will receive an answer from us within one hour.
• Fast: Orders received on weekdays before 14.00 hrs are processed directly and shipped the same day. Orders after 18.00 o'clock will be shipped the following day until 14.00 o'clock. (Exception: Sundays and public holidays).
• The delivery time is normally 2-3 working days.
• Comfort: As soon as DPD or DHL has booked your parcel, you will receive a Predict Tracking Code, which allows you to track the status of your shipment.
