Shipping costs & payment information
For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,90 EUR per order with DPD.
From a gross order value of 100,00 EUR free shipping within Germany.
Shipping and return in the Nutringo Shop
parcels are normally delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with the designated parcel service providers with tracking by e-mail and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive your Nutringo package by registered mail, there are additional charges. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
The shipping charges include loading and packaging fees and postage. Loading fees are fixed, but shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with special care.

Payment information:
Klarna: > You can pay conveniently by immediate bank transfer. Simple and secure direct payment with Klarna.
credit card: You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
Amazon Pay: Simple and uncomplicated payment with Amazon Pay You log in with your Amazon account and can then use the payment methods you have already selected and set up at Amazon. Google Pay: Paying quickly and easily with Google Google Google Pay is a fast, easy payment method - online and in stores, via app or on the desktop. So you always have everything you need when you pay. Your data remains protected at all times.
Apple Pay: Easy payment with the iPhone, Secure payment thanks to token technology and Touch ID The Apple Pay Wallet is considered to be particularly secure. The basis for payment with Apple Pay is a deposited credit card, but the corresponding card data is neither stored nor transferred directly to the Apple device. Instead, a so-called token is assigned to the deposited credit card and secured on the chip - and only this token is transmitted during a transaction. The customer then additionally authenticates himself on his iPhone or Apple Watch by fingerprint. This ensures high security.
prepayment: The bank details for prepayment will be sent to you by e-mail in the order confirmation. Please transfer the total amount indicated there within 7 days under indication of your first and surname.
